Selecting our roof contractor was a very pleasant experience. Anton arrived at the expected time and provided me with my requested estimate. His estimate was not the lowest, however it was very competitive and his references were excellent. When we selected his services, he immediately scheduled the maintenance required to patch my roof until the new roof could be installed. His team removed my old roof and made sure that my property was neat and clean before they left for the day. When the job was completed the next day, they again made sure that my property was spotless. There were no hidden costs or last minute surprises and the roof looks terrific. Anton stopped by after the job had been completed and made sure that I was satisfied with the services that were provided.

Late this past summer, I received quotes from several contractors to roof my house, install siding on my shed and replace my sliding door in the kitchen.

Anton provided me an estimate on the day promised, and proformed the work in a professional manner, on time and within budgit. When Anton prepared the estimate he provided me with several alternates and suggestions that were in fact better then what I had orginally requested. He was very helpfull in product selection and pricing.

With that said, the work could not have been proformed in a more professional manner.

Extremely impressed with entire job

I recently purchased a home in Huntingdon Valley that needed the roof replaced,
new windows, siding, and gutters. I received 4 separate bids from various
companies and Ipnosi was about 20% cheaper than all the other bids. I was a
little hesitant at first to go with the lowest bidder, but when I spoke with
Anton he was clearly very sincere, genuine, and an all around good person. I
felt confident in my decision.

They started the job on the date promised,worked very neatly and carefully, and
the finished product looks absolutely amazing. Every last detail of the
capping, soffits, ornate porch column, gutter guards, Tyvek home wrap and window
installation was exceptional. There was nothing that had to be fixed after they
left. Everything was done professionally the first time. I have already spoken
with family members in the area telling them to use Ipnosi Inc. whe nver they
have a need for roofing, window, siding, or gutter work. I really appreciated

Our house was built in the early 1980's. It had the original aluminum siding that had failed due to oxidation. The cedar shingles on the front facade were dry, faded, splintering and moldy. We wanted to replace everything with a low maintenance material and give the house a unique, charming and quaint look.
